About This Blog ...

This blog was created to have a place where we can all express our support to the Johnson's family in this time of grief. This will also serve as our communication point where we will let you know the details of the Memorial Service for Joey as soon as we get those information. And you may also share some of your memories of Joey that you think will be an encouragement to the Johnsons.

You can leave your comments here for the Johnsons family. Please feel free to e-mail the link to this blog to those you know love and care for the Johnsons family. Thank you.

Dear Karen and Joe,

I love you guys so much!!!
Here am I in Brazil baring my sweet brother Marcello when I heard the news about my dear friend, missionary and "A friend of God" Joey.

May Our Lord Jesus...the Prince of Peace, the Lord of Lords, the Alfa and Omega give you the comfort and strenght that we all need right now.

Joey is a very special child of God and he is resting in Jesus loving arms.
Love from Brazil,
Valeria Strand

Chad and I were shocked and saddened to hear of Joey's death. He was one of our daughter Shelley's high school and Hope Chapel friends when we lived on Maui and someone she ran into in LA as they moved into the adult world of work and independence after college. Our prayers go out to Karen and Joe as they deal with this tragedy.
Aloha, Chad and Lynne

Joe and Karen,
Though we did not know your son we so very much appreciate you two and my heart is breaking as I think of the pain you are going through. Know that we are crying and praying with you and trusting the Lord to hold you up and draw you closer to Himself during this difficult time of loss and change.
We love you,
Sarah (Eric & Sarah Therkildsen)

Dear Joe & Karen,

You are each one of those folks that God uses to bless sooo many others, as is evidenced by the outpouring of love. Though we have only known you a short time, you have NO idea how much you have meant to us....

We are praying for U2.

Love,

Randy and Monica Zachary
