PSALMS 40: 1-3

I waited patiently for God to help me; then he listened and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of dispair, out from the bog and the mire, and set my feet on a hard, firm path and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, of praises to our God! Now many will hear of the glorious things he did for me, and stand in awe before the Lord, and put their trust in him.

Thank you for the verse, whoever left it. It is healing to my soul to read the verses.
Liza, thank you for the song. Christ is our hope. I am so glad my son is in His presence, because like all of us who trust in Christ, it is His blood alone that made it possible. I am so grateful that there will be a grand reunion one day. I feel deep pity for those who suffer with the loss of a loved one who don't have that HOPE in Christ. In all our grief, we forget that our story ultimately has a happy ending. Thank you for the beautiful reminder.
Much love, Karen

Dearest Karen (Mrs. Johnson)
We write to you from the Netherlands, (Marci Pecora told us about your sad news). We are so truly sorry that your beautiful son has passed on. We know your faith will give you strength, but the pain must be terrible. We will never forget you, you helped us so much with the couples counseling in 2007, during our adoption waiting time, with as a result our beautiful daughter Lina, who is the joy of our lives. We pray for you and your family. You are a wonderful person.
With our heartfelt wishes,
Jacqueline and christian Weers
